P waves present

slow or normal rate -> bundle branch block
fast rate -> PSVT with aberrancy
no relationship between P and QRS -> AV block / 3rd degree

no P waves/slow rate -> idioventricular

no P waves/fast rate -> v tach

all negative in V6 -> v tach

bizarre axis -> v tach
