Differential for Prolonged PR Interval
P with every QRS? YES -> 1st degree heart block
constant PR with dropped beats? YES -> 2nd degree heart block (type II)
progressive PR prolongation? YES -> 2nd degree heart block (type I, Wenckebach)
no relationship between P waves and QRS? YES -> 3rd degree heart block
