Arrhythmia Identification Algorithms
Regular Rhythms
P with every QRS/normal -> regular sinus rhythms
P with every QRS/slow -> supraventricular bradycardias
P with every QRS/fast -> supraventricular tachycardias
no P waves/wide QRS/fast -> v tach
