Tachycardias
P with every QRS/regular -> supraventricular tachycardias
no P waves/irregular -> a fib with rapid ventricular response
wide QRS -> wide-complex tachycardia
- all negative in V6 -> v tach
- bizarre axis -> v tach
no P waves/regular -> v tach
